QR codes for wedding planners and stationers
You need the same five codes for every wedding, in a different palette each time. Buy a pack once, use it across clients for a year, and stop pasting free codes with someone else's watermark into your stationery.
This small business supports a young family in the Scottish Highlands working in nature conservation.
A real example: a place card

rowanandellis.wedding/photos
The monogram from the invitation suite, in the sage green from the rest of the set. The couple's guests never see a QR company's name, and neither does the couple.
It is a real code, generated by the same code path that fulfils a paid order and checked to decode before it was published. Point a phone at it and it opens this page.
- Files come back named from your labels, so
rowan-ellis-photos.svggoes straight into the artwork. - SVG as well as PNG, at any size from a place card to a welcome sign.
- Still works when the couple finds the card in a drawer on their tenth anniversary.
Try it — this code really scans
One pack, many clients
Packs are not tied to one event. Buy 50 codes for £25 and any code you do not use stays on your order for 12 months. Order six codes for this month's wedding with one couple's monogram and colours, and when the next couple comes along, reply to your order email with their destinations, logo and colours. We make the next set by hand and send it back, usually within a working day, until the pack is used up. 50p a code, no account, nothing to renew.
Each set comes as its own ZIP and contact sheet, named from your labels. Nothing from one couple ends up in another couple's files.
10 codes for £8, 25 for £15, 50 for £25, 100 for £40. Start a pack.
What a wedding usually needs
RSVP
On the invitation or the save-the-date, pointing at the wedding website's reply page.
Shared photo album
One code repeated on every place card or table number, so guests upload rather than promise to send.
Gift list or honeymoon fund
On the details card. Nobody types a registry URL correctly.
Travel, accommodation, taxis
On the welcome sign and in the hotel welcome bags.
Order of service
Readings, hymn words, the story of the two people getting married.
Playlist requests
On the bar sign, pointing at a collaborative playlist. The DJ will thank you.
Getting the code to match the suite
Type the couple's hex colours into the form above and drop the monogram in. The preview updates as you go. Two rules that save reprints: keep the code clearly darker than its background (sage on blush will not scan, sage on ivory will), and keep the monogram simple, because it sits in a small square in the middle and fine serifs vanish at place-card size.
We supply SVG, which is what your printer wants. Size it in the artwork rather than scaling the PNG. A code on a place card should be at least 2 cm across; on a welcome sign read from a metre away, at least 10 cm. Leave the white margin we include around it alone. The full guide to sizes, colours and what to link to.
Why not the free ones
Free generators either add a watermark or a "made with" line, or they quietly make a dynamic code that routes through the generator's server and stops working when the free tier changes. The couple finds out when a guest scans the order of service a year later and gets an error page. That is your name on the stationery.
Ours are static: the address is in the pattern itself, there is no server in the middle, and nothing can switch it off, including us. The longer explanation. The one thing to tell couples: point the code at a page on their wedding website, not straight at a third-party album, so they can move the album later without reprinting.
For stationers
If you make invitation suites and add a QR code to most orders, the
50 or 100 pack is the right size, and you will mostly want the SVG.
Files are named from your labels, so a line like
Rowan & Ellis RSVP @ https://rowanandellis.wedding/rsvp
comes back as rowan-ellis-rsvp.svg, ready for the artboard.
There is no reseller tier and no white-label scheme; the pack price is the trade price. The code files carry no watermark or credit, so nothing your client sees mentions us. Only the contact sheet, which is for you, has our name on it. If you would like to be listed as a stationer who uses permanent codes, say hello.
